Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, and European Union countries.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders of $50 USD or more. Other orders have a flat $4.69 USD shipping fee.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Transit is estimated at 15–30 calendar days.
How can I return or exchange a mug?
Contact [email protected] within 60 calendar days after delivery. We will provide the return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer for preference returns and by MugMorrow for product problems.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email [email protected] while the order is processing. Cancellation and address-change requests are accepted before dispatch; address changes are not accepted after dispatch.
