Return Period
60 calendar days after delivery.
Return Conditions
- New items accepted.
- Lightly used items accepted.
- Defective or quality-problem items accepted.
- Eligible returns for product issues or customer preference may be requested within 60 calendar days after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
No additional non-returnable categories are declared.
Return Process
Apply via [email protected]. For exchanges, email customer service to obtain the return address; a replacement is dispatched after the return is received.
Return Shipping
Customer-preference returns: customer pays return postage. Product-problem returns: merchant pays return postage.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received according to the Refund Policy.
